janu4u is an online casino and sports betting platform in Bangladesh that provides safe and reliable entertainment services. These Terms define the relationship between janu4u and its users.

• These Terms apply to the janu4u website, mobile interface and all associated services.
• By starting to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

3.1 Registration Rules

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on janu4u. If any false or misleading information is found, janu4u reserves the right to cancel the account.

• Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.
• The name, address and identity details provided during registration must match the identity document presented at any subsequent verification.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is prohibited.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)

janu4u follows a KYC process to maintain a secure environment. The following documents may need to be submitted before a withdrawal or upon janu4u's request:

• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour, but may be delayed if KYC verification is still in progress.
• No claim will be accepted for bets placed before a deposit has been credited.

4.3 Currency

janu4u processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies will be converted automatically and the applicable exchange rate will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

janu4u offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus applies once per eligible account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• janu4u reserves the right to declare specific games or bet types ineligible for bonus play.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, janu4u reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Programme

The janu4u VIP programme has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on consistent and active participation on the platform. The final decision regarding cashback payments is reserved with janu4u.

All games on janu4u are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined by an independently operated Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Game results are impartial and free from any external influence.
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, janu4u reserves the right to refund the amount staked on that bet.
• If an internet connection is lost, the result of an ongoing game is saved on the server and can be viewed after reconnecting.
• If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, janu4u reserves the right to make a correction.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on janu4u, and detection of any of them will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to defraud, hack or otherwise exploit the system through any technical means
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages by creating multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents
• Attempting to modify the platform's code or software in any way
• Impersonating janu4u staff or deceiving other players

• Loss caused by a user's internet disconnection or device malfunction
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or unauthorised third-party access to their account
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions
• Delays caused by service interruptions from third-party payment providers
• Service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance

janu4u's maximum liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the user's actual account balance at that time.

10.1 Suspension or Closure by janu4u

janu4u reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Operating an account from a restricted region

10.2 Closure by the User

Users may request to close their account at any time. Once the request is made, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal and the account will then be closed. Self-exclusion requests as part of responsible gaming are also accepted.
